Request a return within 30 days

You can notify us that you wish to return an item within 30 days of receiving it. Include your order number, the items concerned and whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange. Proof of purchase may be requested.

Contact us before sending your parcel so we can provide the correct return address. Orders may ship from Dunmow in the United Kingdom or Cannes in France; do not assume the dispatch address is the return address.

Your statutory rights and the condition of the item

Our 30-day return option is additional to, and does not restrict, your statutory rights. For distance purchases, applicable cancellation rights generally allow you to notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods and then send them back within 14 days of that notice.

For our voluntary extension beyond the statutory period, items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with their accessories and original packaging. Handling an item as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning does not in itself remove statutory cancellation rights. Any deduction for diminished value is subject to applicable law.

Costs and refunds

For a change of mind, you pay the direct return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee. If an item is faulty, not as described or sent in error, contact us: necessary return costs for resolving the issue are not charged to you.

Refunds are made to the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method at no extra cost. Where statutory cancellation covers the whole order, the original standard delivery charge is also refunded; any extra paid for a more expensive delivery service is not refunded.

For statutory cancellation, a refund is initiated within 14 days of your notice; it may be withheld until we receive the goods or evidence of dispatch, whichever occurs first. For returns falling only within our voluntary extension, refunds are initiated within 14 days of receipt and inspection.

Exceptions and exchanges

Statutory exceptions may include clearly personalised, engraved or made-to-measure items, and certain sealed items that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Selecting a standard size or colour does not make an item personalised. A sale or promotion does not remove statutory rights. Statutory rights for faulty goods continue to apply even when a cancellation exception applies.
